How does the 30 day free trial work for POS Link?
After entering your credit card information, our team starts working with your team to set up your Memorized Template™. We provide you with full access to POS Link for 30-days – no strings attached.
The 30-day trial starts on the first day your sales post to QuickBooks automatically. At the end of the 30-day trial, you have the option to convert to a monthly, quarterly or annual payment plan. If you decide not to continue with us, simply let us know, and we will never charge your credit card.

How difficult is it to operate POS Link?
Learn how it works in less than 5 minutes. The main reason to logon is to adjust your Memorized Template™. POS Link detects when an adjustment is needed, and will send an email recommendation to your bookkeeper(s). Many restaurants need an adjustment once or twice per quarter to reflect a new marketing campaign, like Groupon.
Included in our monthly fee, our team of ProAdvisors and CPAs are on-call to provide advice or to make an adjustment for you.
Are there any hidden fees?
No! Our flat fee pricing includes service, support, training, on-boarding and installation. The majority of the time, POS Link is able to post historic entries going back to the first of the month prior to installation so that there will be no gaps in data entry during the POS Link implementation.
Your account manager can help you post these additional entries during your 30 day trial for no additional cost – that means you can post up to 90 days of daily entries during your 30 day evaluation.
What are the terms of the contract?
All plans are bound by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Each plan will automatically renew and payments are made in advanced.
Cancellation Process
If you have not completed your 30 day free trial, simply email us and we will never charge your credit card.
Automatic renewals can be canceled or temporarily frozen at anytime by clicking “cancel” in the billing section of POS Link.
