Yes. Dataurant POS Link works with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. If using QuickBooks Online, POS Link will post to Simple Start, Essentials, and Plus. If using QuickBooks Desktop, POS Link will post to QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, Pro, Pro Plus, Premier, and Premier Plus version 2012 or newer.
Does POS Link work with QuickBooks Desktop?
Can I post previous, retroactive, or historic sales and deposits?
Yes. During your 30-day evaluation, you have the option of transferring sales transactions starting with the 1st of the prior month at no charge. Once the 30-day evaluation starts, you will receive the next 30 days of entries at no charge. If you time it perfectly, you can receive up to 90 entries at no cost!
If you want to go back even further, we can assess our standard monthly fee for each month of historic sales transactions. Dataurant has had much success pulling an entire year’s worth of entries during an audit, a chart of accounts change, for forecasting purposes, or for year-over-year financial statement comparisons.
How do I get started?
Sign up for the 30-day trial and connect with your dedicated account manager who will set up your account the way you would like your sales transactions posted to QuickBooks. We can replicate any accounting procedure you previously performed manually, or we can provide an industry standard configuration. We check to make sure the application is set up the way you want, and then start posting when you’re ready. We provide you with 30 days to compare our entries with your previous accounting procedure, and to perform a few weekly audits of our entries to validate our accuracy (SPOILER ALERT: our entries are 100% accurate).
I’m not sure if it’s for me, should I start a free trial?
Yes – the setup time is less than the time it takes to make a single journal entry. It’s like a demo with your own data. And you get to keep the posts after the trial is over.
